Shipping Policy 

At Bethge US, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy below: 

Order Processing 

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days from our warehouse. 

Standard Shipping 

  • When selecting standard shipping, we may ship at our discretion via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. 

  • Standard shipping: shipping charges within the Continental USA vary by destination, or are free for orders of $50 or more (before tax and shipping). 

  • Express Shipping: We also offer 2-Day and Next-Day Express Shipping services for faster delivery. 

Outside Continental USA 

  • For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, a $10.00 delivery surcharge will apply, regardless of order size. 

International Orders & APO/FPO 

  • For international customers, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories in the Pacific, please email us at help@bethge.us prior to placing your order to inquire about shipping options and costs. 

Expedited Shipping 

  • Expedited shipping services may be available at checkout. Applicable costs will be shown at the time of purchase. 

  • Please note that delivery times are subject to the policies and performance of the selected carrier.
